I don't know what information I need to enter.
Once you have logged in, you are presented with some options that you can change. For each of these, there is a help icon, , that you can click on to receive more information about what should be entered.
The system won't accept my Security Codes.
Please ensure that you are entering them exactly as printed on your document.
The system says that I'm already in the process of responding.
The system only allows one member of the household to respond at a time. You will not be able to log in if another member of your household is logged in at the same time.
The system says that I have already responded.
If someone else in your household has already responded, you will not be able to log in as they have responded for you.
I am concerned that my response wasn't recorded. I've got a dodgy Internet connection!
Try logging in again with your security codes. If you get a message saying `you have already responded', then your response was successful. If you are able to log in, then your previous response was not recorded so you should complete your response again.
The elecreg website is not loading.
Please check that you are connected to the Internet. Check that you can access www.bbc.co.uk or www.google.co.uk. Try closing down and reopening your browser. If that still doesn't work, you should try rebooting your PC.
